Urban Water Supply & Sanitation Project (UWSSP)
Urban Water Supply & Sanitation Project (UWSSP) on behalf of the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) announces tender No. (USSWP-01/2022) for 2022, pertaining supply of IT Devices and Equipment for Media and Awareness Center of Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE), which will be funded from the following sources:
- UNOPS
- UNICEF
Interested candidates should submit a written application during office hours between 10:00 am – 14:00 pm Sun-Thur. to the following address:

Tender Document can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of (15,000) Yemeni Rials
The deadline for the purchase of Tender Document is 08/09/2022.
Tenders shall be submitted in a red-waxed sealed envelope to the address indicated above, marked with the name of the Entity, project name, tender number, and the name of the tenderer, together the following documents:
- A bank guarantee as per the enclosed format in the Tender Document for a lump-sum amount of (1,000) US Dollar, or certified cheque, valid for a period of (90) days from the date of the opening of envelopes.
- A copy of valid registration and classification certificates.
- A copy of valid sales tax certificate + tax card.
- A copy of insurance card + Zakat Card.
- A Copy of practicing license.
Foreign companies are excluded from providing certificates, licenses and cards referred to above, and shall be required only to provide legal documents of eligibility issued by country of origin of these companies.
The deadline for receipt of tenders and opening of envelops is at (01:00 PM) hours on (Sunday) on 11/09/2022. Tenders received after this deadline shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the sender.
The opening of envelops shall be at 01:00 PM on Sunday (day) corresponding to 11/09/2022 at the office of Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project – Aden in the address indicated above, in the presence of tenderers or their duly authorized representatives.
Interested tenderers can obtain information about Tender Document before payment during office hours for the period of validity allowed for the sale of Tender Document for (3) days from the date of publication of the first announcement.

تعلن وزارة المياه والبيئة عبر مشروع المياه والصرف الصحي للمدن الحضرية عن رغبتها في إنزال المناقصة العامة رقم (USSWP-01/2022) لسنة 2022 م.
الخاصة بتوريد أجهزة تقنية المعلومات والأجهزة الإعلامية لمركز الإعلام والتوعية بوزارة المياه والبيئة والتي سيتم تمويلها من منظمة:
- اليونيسف
- واليونبس
على الراغبين المشاركة في هذه المناقصة العامة التقدم بطلباتهم الخطية خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي إلى العنوان التالي:

لشراء واستلام وثائق المناقصة نظير مبلغ وقدره 15,000 ريال يمني لا يرد.
وآخر موعد لبيع الوثائق هو تاريخ 08 / 09/ 2022 م.
– يقدم العطاء في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر إلى عنوان الجهة المحدد ومكتوب عليه اسم الجهة والمشروع ورقم المناقصة، واسم مقدم العطاء، وفي طيه الوثائق التالية:
- ضمان بنكي بنفس نموذج الصيغة المحددة في وثائق المناقصة بمبلغ مقطوع قدره (1,000) دولار امريكي، صالح لمدة (90) يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف، أو شيك مقبول الدفع.
- صورة من شهادة التسجيل والتصنيف سارية المفعول.
- صورة من شهادة ضريبة المبيعات + البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول.
- صورة من البطاقة التأمينية + البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول.
- صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة.
آخر موعد لاستلام العطاءات وفتح المظاريف هو الساعة (01:00 ظهرا) من يوم (الاحد) الموافق 11/ 09/ 2022م ولن تقبل العطاءات التي ترد بعد هذا الموعد وسيتم إعادتها بحالتها المسلمة إلى أصحابها.
سيتم فتح المظاريف بمقر الجهة الموضح بعاليه بحضور أصحاب العطاءات أو من يمثلهم بتفويض رسمي موقع ومختوم.
يمكن للراغبين في المشاركة في هذه المناقصة الإطلاع على وثائق المناقصة قبل شرائها خلال أوقات الدوام للفترة المسموح بها لبيع وثائق المناقصة لمدة (3) يوم من الاعلان.
